Restrictions: Can not vacation bank for more than one year the same week.
Bank your weeks with Bel Air for the next year paying $70 USD fee before July or $120 USD fee
after July. You have until November 30th to bank the week(s).
Unit Upgrade
Flexibility to reserve a bigger unit than owned by paying an upgrade fee. $60 USD + Tax per
night. Subject to Availability.
Exchange Week
Deposit your Primary Week(s) with an Exchange Company:
• Maintenance Fee must be paid
• A trading fee must be paid to exchange Company: Interval International, Holiday System
International and Trading Places International.
Yes, the Vacation Club is still managed by Bel Air.
Yes, your membership hasn’t changed at all. The contract is honored within the same guidelines stipulated per your unit type.
The new building rooms are just hotel rooms with no kitchen facilities.

No, your membership only grants you the access to make reservations at your home resorts.
Yes, but they will have to make their reservation just like always by calling to our Bel air Reservation Department and once upon arrival at the hotel, consult at the front desk of the hotel for the possibility and using a hotel room instead of a timeshare unit. The result will be subjected to availability.
Yes, they do and also count with Brand new furniture and cooking equipment.
AMResorts is a collection of luxurious Resorts, located in various destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean. In 2018, an alliance was signed between the brands Reflect® Resorts & Spas and Krystal Grand®, at Los Cabos and Nuevo Vallarta hotels. In this new co-branding model, AMResorts will be responsible for the marketing, sales and marketing of the two properties, while Krystal Grand will maintain the current ownership of the hotels and will continue to operate them, while Bel Air for its part, will continue doing the same with the timeshare units.
